Members are invited to attend the club AGM on the above date
Agenda:
1. Standing order vote to apply Rule 24 (Waiver of audit fees)*
2. To receive and approve the club accounts.
3. Appointment of scrutineers / tellers
4. Any other business
Members wishing to propose any additional motion must put the aforesaid motion in writing to the club secretary at least seven days before the meeting.
You must bring your membership card to attend
*The committee recommend a less costly accountants report.
