Bar Team Lead
Part-time | £16.16 p/h | 15 contracted hours per week
Additional shifts regularly available

The Mildmay Club is looking for experienced and reliable Bar Team Leaders to support our busy independent members’ club and community venue on Newington Green.

This is a hands-on senior bar role involving:

• Opening and closing the Club
• Supporting and directing the bar team
• Cashing up and key holding
• Cellar, stock and line cleaning duties
• Maintaining high standards during busy service

We’re looking for people with:

• At least 2 years’ experience in busy bars
• Confidence working under pressure
• Availability for evening and weekend work
• A reliable and responsible attitude

Desirable experience includes cellar management, Personal Licence, First Aid and Health & Safety training, though training can be provided for the right candidate.
