Please note that we are now fully booked for parties and events in 2024 and for wedding celebrations throughout 2025.
We are also fully booked for parties held on Friday and Saturday nights from March to October 2025 but have limited availability in January, February and November.
Bookings for wedding celebrations in 2026 will open in Spring next year
_____The Mildmay Club has a range of spaces for hire – ideal for any event from a wedding reception to dance classes.
For private hire to members, we have 3 pricing levels available depending on your needs and offer discounts to those who have been members for two or more years at the point of booking.
For commercial ventures such as Club Nights, dance classes etc. we’ll give you a quote depending on your needs.
To comply with our licensing agreement you will need to be a member of the Mildmay Club to hire spaces for private events. The joining process is very straightforward and costs just £30 – we can explain it to you when you make your initial enquiry.Main Hall & Tartan Bar
This is our largest hall. A grand performance/party space with serving bar, stage, and an adjacent side room with an optional second bar (additional cost).The combined hall and bar has a capacity of 250 (Minimum capacity 120)
Why not go full-disco on our immaculate sprung dance floor, complete with glitter ball and coloured spotlights!
We have a full range of PA equipment for hire – for your DJ, playlist or live band.
We have a wide range of tables and seating available.
Small Hall
We call it the Small (or Minor) Hall, but that doesn’t do it justice – with a stage at one end, a bar at the other and in the centre a fine dance floor.
The space is perfect for live music and parties.
We’re limiting capacity to 120 people at the moment – but a a party of 50+ works well in this hall depending on what you have planned.
And this is the hall gorgeously decked out for a recent reception….
The small hall is also where we’ve hosted our regular standup comedy nights, and the outrageously entertaining Bikini Beach Band!
