Renewal for Current Members
A big thank you to all our members for your continued support!
If you haven’t yet paid your 2026 subscription, you can do so now, either by setting up a direct debit:
Mildmay Membership Renewal 2026 (£35)
We’ll then prepare your card and email you to let you know it’s ready to pick up from the bar.

New Membership
Fill in the form then come for a chat with a committee member any Tuesday evening 8pm-10pm.
No need to book an appointment.
The subscription fee for the calendar year (Jan-Dec) is £35, although it’ll just be £15 if you join after our summer break.

By applying to be a member of the Mildmay Club you agree to be bound by our Code of Conduct which is in place to protect us all and ensure that the club is a safe and wonderful place for all.

Please note – all applicants must come in person for their membership interviews.
We cannot accept applications made on behalf of others.

The Mildmay Club is family friendly and welcomes members’ children in many areas of the Club, supervised by parents at all times.
